As for the whole process of getting a mortgage it is very convoluted, confusing, and seems to involve way more people/companies than it maybe should but I'm sure that is just the way it is and can't be changed much by any one company. On a side note, I would highly recommend adding two factor authentication to your online systems. With the mountain of sensitive information that has to be provided to you the security currently in place is lacking."
